2. Services

Colins Gardening Services provides gardening, tree work, fencing, and outdoor maintenance services. All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if additional work is required once the job has commenced. We will always discuss any changes to the quoted price with you before proceeding.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer or cash.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Liability

While we take every care to ensure our work is carried out safely and to a high standard, Colins Gardening Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
